Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use AdsNine. By purchasing or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use it.

1. Who we are

AdsNine is operated by MB EdUp Švietimas, a company registered in Lithuania ("AdsNine", "we", "us"). This is also the name you will see on your card statement and on the Stripe checkout page. You can reach us at support@adsnine.com.

2. What you are buying

AdsNine is a set of digital files: AI agent files for the Claude app (one per advertising platform), together with written guides and bonus materials. It is a one-time purchase of digital content, delivered by download through your license key at app.adsnine.com. There is no subscription and no recurring charge from us.

AdsNine is not software we run for you. The agents work inside Claude, a product of Anthropic, which has its own terms and its own pricing. Any advertising spend goes directly to the ad platforms you use. We receive neither.

3. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own business or the businesses you manage. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files or your license key, and you may not repackage them into a competing product. Teams or agencies that want multi-seat use should write to us first.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. After payment you receive a license key by email, usually within minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then email support@adsnine.com and we will sort it out.

5. Refunds

Every purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

6. No guarantee of results

AdsNine helps you write and manage ads. It does not and cannot guarantee any particular business outcome: no promised revenue, no promised return on ad spend, no promised approval of your ads by any platform. Advertising results depend on your product, your offer, your budget, and the platforms themselves. AI-generated output can be wrong or unsuitable; review everything before you spend money on it. You are responsible for making sure your ads comply with the law and with each platform's advertising policies.

7. Third parties

Claude and Anthropic, Stripe, and every advertising platform named on our site (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others) are independent companies with their own terms. Their names and logos are their trademarks. AdsNine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to AdsNine is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or wasted advertising spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

9. Changes

We may update the product and these terms. The version published at adsnine.com/terms applies. Material changes will not take away access to files you have already bought.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the consumer law of your own country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
