Refund Policy

The short version: if AdsNine is not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and you get all your money back.

How it works

1. Email support@adsnine.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, or include your order reference.
2. Tell us it did not work out. A reason helps us improve, but you do not need to justify anything and we will not argue with you.
3. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within a few business days of your email. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

What we ask

Give it an honest try first: install the agents and write some ads with them. If what comes out is not better than what you were writing before, take your money back, no hard feelings, and keep what you learned.

The details

• The guarantee covers every purchase: the full bundle and single agents alike.
• It is a one-time product, so a refund also deactivates your license key.
• The 14 days count from the day of purchase shown on your Stripe receipt.
• This guarantee is offered on top of, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU or elsewhere.

Something else wrong?

If your license key never arrived, a download fails, or you were charged twice, that is not a refund case, that is our bug. Email support@adsnine.com and we will fix it whatever the date.
