Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
This policy explains what data is collected when you visit adsnine.com or buy AdsNine, why, and what your rights are. The controller of your data is MB EdUp Švietimas, a company registered in Lithuania, operating as AdsNine. Contact: support@adsnine.com.
1. What we collect
- When you buy: your email address, your name if you enter one, and your order details (what you bought, when, for how much). Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- When you visit: usage analytics through PostHog (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and session replays of how the page is used) and advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel (so Meta can attribute visits and purchases to our ads).
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver your purchase and manage your license key (performance of a contract).
- To answer support requests and process refunds (performance of a contract).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure whether our advertising works (legitimate interest and, where required, your consent).
- To keep accounting records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email you have not agreed to.
3. Who processes it for us
- Stripe: payment processing and receipts.
- Vercel: hosting of this website.
- Cloudflare: delivery infrastructure for the customer portal and downloads.
- PostHog: product analytics and session replay.
- Meta: advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Our email provider: sending your license key and answering support mail.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Where personal data leaves the EU it is transferred under recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and similar identifiers for the analytics and advertising tools named above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working without them. If you want your analytics data deleted, email us and we will remove it.
5. How long we keep data
Order and invoice data is kept as long as tax law requires. Support email is kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period after. Analytics data is kept under PostHog's standard retention and then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and take your data elsewhere. Write to support@adsnine.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Lithuania that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), and you may also use the authority of your own country.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at adsnine.com/privacy with a new date at the top.
